Postpartum Depression

Postpartum depression is a type of depression that can occur after childbirth. It is characterized by intense feelings of sadness, anxiety, and exhaustion that can interfere with a mother's ability to function and care for her baby. Unlike the "baby blues," which typically resolve within two weeks after delivery, postpartum depression can persist for months and requires professional intervention.

At Allied Behavioral Health Services, we understand the challenges of postpartum depression and are committed to providing the support and care needed to help mothers recover and thrive.
